PA Environmental Solutions, Inc. (PESI), a Dalmatia PA-based company, was founded in 2006 by President, Todd Mace. 

Todd has been operating and maintaining private, municipal, and industrial systems since 1989.  He is a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) certified water and wastewater treatment facility operator.  Todd has also been providing PA DEP operator training to other operators since 1991.  Throughout his career he has also provided operator training, consulting, and technical assistance for the PA Department of Environmental Protection as an Outreach Instructor, the PA Rural Water Association as a wastewater training technician, and other engineering & consulting firms as needed.

PESI is a growing company and currently has a staff of about 20 employees that provide water and wastewater operations and maintenance services, sludge & septic hauling, portable toilet services, and engineering services.  Our staff has extensive training, experience, certifications, and licensing to provide water, wastewater operations and engineering services to its clients.
